MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A hometown church celebrated Thanksgiving a little early this year, giving out hot meals to parishioners on Milwaukee's south side.
It happened at Atmosphere Church on 37th and Hilda Sunday afternoon, Nov. 23.
Dozens came by to take part in the church service, to volunteer and to take home a free turkey and all the Thanksgiving fixings.
Organizers told CBS 58 they're happy to provide for the community, bring people together and to spread the good word.
