Local expert gives tips to winterize your home as heating bills are expected to rise this year

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Winter will be here before you know it, which means you might want to start taking steps to winterize your home.

As prices surge worldwide, homeowners can expect to pay a lot more on their heating bills this winter.
