MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- One popular New Year's resolution is to stick with an alcohol-free Dry January, but what are some of the benefits of this tradition?
Dr. Veronica Loy, a transplant hepatologist from Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin, joined us on Tuesday, Jan. 16 to highlight the advantages of reducing alcohol consumption.
She emphasized the health benefits of participating in Dry January and beyond by highlighting a range of alcohol-free alternatives, including white Russians, coconut spritzers and French 75's.
