UNION GROVE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A postal carrier is facing mail fraud charges after someone says their Menards rebate was stolen and used by someone else.
Deputies in Racine County arrested Justicia Balogun, a Union Grove mail carrier who admitted to taking and spending several rebate cards.
If you have not received a rebate card and live in the area, check with Menards and call police.
