Man arrested for 4th OWI after stopped for defective brake light

JANESVILLE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A 35-year-old Janesville man is arrested for his fourth OWI after police say they stopped him for a defective brake light. 

According to police, Jeremiah Jensen was stopped near Center Avenue and State Street just before 3:00 a.m. Tuesday. The officer reported Jensen showed signs of being under the influence and failed field sobriety tests. 

He was then arrested for his fourth offense OWI after it was found he had three prior convictions.

Janesville Police say he is being held at the Rock County jail pending his initial court appearance.
