Man charged in Milwaukee homicide was released from prison less than a month prior

Milwaukee County Sheriff\'s Office MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The man wanted for a fatal shooting that happened on Aug. 30 is now charged.
Nineteen-year-old Omarion Gatheright is charged with multiple felonies, including first-degree reckless homicide.
Police say an 18-year-old suffered three gunshot wounds and one graze wound.
Gatheright was just released from prison as part of the Challenge Incarceration program on extended supervision on Aug. 8, 22 days before the homicide.
