Man charged in murder of South Milwaukee teens bound over for trial

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Brandon Randall was bound over for trial Monday, March 20.

The 22-year-old is charged with killing two teenagers in South Milwaukee last December.

The shooting happened near 5th Avenue and Bay Heights on Dec. 29. Ava Allen, 17, and Jaelen Yracheta, 18, were found dead in a car outside an apartment complex.

Text messages suggest Randall planned to buy marijuana from one of the victims on the day of the shooting.

He's charged with two counts first-degree intentional homicide and two counts of possession of a firearm by a felon.

In court Monday, Randall pleaded not guilty to the charges.

His next court date is set for April 20.
