UNION GROVE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The man accused of crashing into a man snow-blowing in Union Grove and leaving the scene is a school administrator.
Forty-three-year-old James McKnight, of Union Grove, is the dean of students at a high school in Zion, Illinois.
Wednesday he was charged with hit and run and now faces up to nine months in prison and a $10-thousand fine.
McKnight is accused of crashing into 27-year-old Nathaniel Dentici who was snow-blowing his driveway on Friday.
Mcknight did not stop.
Tuesday, McKnight turned himself into police.
According to the criminal complaint, he told police visibility was bad, he heard a "thump", and thought he hit an animal.
