Managing partner of Five O'Clock Steakhouse pleads not guilty to sex trafficking minor

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The owner of a Milwaukee restaurant has pleaded not guilty to sex trafficking a minor.

New court documents detail the charge against him. 

51-year-old Steliois a managing partner of Five O'Clock Steakhouse. According to the US Attorney's Office, Kalkounos recruited a minor, knowing she would be made to engage commercials sex acts. 

He is also accused of using a minor to create pornography. 

Documents say Kalkounos also arranged numerous meetings with a 16-year-old girl at a hotel in Madison, where he paid her for sex. 

If convicted,  Kalkounos could spend life in prison.
