Maxwell Anderson appears in court, trial tentatively scheduled for December

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A trial date is now set for the man accused of killing and dismembering Milwaukee 19-year-old, Sade Robinson.

In court on Friday, July 12, Maxwell Anderson's lawyer filed a motion to separate the charges against his client.

He also said he plans to ask for a change of venue in the future.

Both sides are still waiting on a lab to test some of the evidence in the case.

For now, Anderson's trial is set to start in December, but he has another court date in September.
