MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – Attorneys representing Maxwell Anderson and the family of Sade Robinson attended a virtual hearing on Wednesday, June 18, for a status conference in the civil case against Anderson.
On June 6, a jury in the criminal case against Anderson found him guilty on all counts -- first degree intentional homicide, mutilating a corpse, arson of property other building, and hiding a corpse.
Online court records show the sentencing hearing for the criminal case originally scheduled for Aug. 15 has been moved to Aug. 1.
A motion hearing in the civil case has been scheduled for August 15, 2025, at 10:45 am.
