MILWAUKEE COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- We have newly released body camera video of arrests last month at the Milwaukee County Zoo.
The young women involved in the incident were asked to leave the zoo after an argument. They were getting a ride from one of the teen's sisters.
The sheriff's office asked the sister for identification and her name.
Twenty-six-year-old Nayah Dowell argues with deputies, but the video stops there. We don't see what happened moments before deputies took her into custody.
That's when Dowell's sister, 17-year-old Envy Hampton, gets out of the car and things get physical.
Dashcam video shows a different angle of what happened next.
The teen crawls away from the deputy and the deputy tries to arrest her, striking the teen while she's on the ground.
The sheriff's office says the deputy was subduing the teen to take her into custody.
Both sisters are facing charges.
