MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – A Milwaukee man is facing several charges for possessing drugs with intent to deliver and resisting an officer.
According to a criminal complaint, 39-year-old Eric R. King Jr. was arrested on August 10 in West Allis.
Authorities say he was a passenger in a car during a traffic stop and when asked to get out of the vehicle, King began running from the scene.
