Milwaukee Police investigating homicide near 28th and Auer

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Police are investigating a homicide that occurred near N. 28th St. and W. Auer Ave. around 11:00 p.m., Sunday night.
The victim, a 49-year-old man, suffered a fatal gunshot wound following an argument.
MPD is investigating the incident and seeking a suspect.
