MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Police Department confirms that a 'person of interest' has been taken into custody regarding a sex assault that happened on Friday.
According to police, a person was sexually assaulted around 2 a.m. on Friday in the 1600 block of N. Prospect Avenue.
The investigation remains ongoing.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Police Department is currently investigating a sex assault.
It happened around 2 a.m. on Friday in the 1600 block of N. Prospect Avenue.
The suspect is described as a black male, early 30's, 6'' tall, black hair, brown eyes, medium complexion, last seen wearing a backwards black baseball cap, a white tee shirt with the words "NIKE AIR" in red vertically down the front, red shorts, and red and white athletic shoes.
The investigation remains ongoing.
Anyone with information regarding the identity or whereabouts of the suspect are asked to call the Milwaukee Police Department Sensitive Crimes Division at 414-935-7405.
