MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are asking for the public's help in locating a critically missing child.

Officials say 16-year-old Saniya Davis was last in contact with her family just before 5 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 18. 

She was last seen on foot around 6th and Land Place near Carver Park.

She's described as a Black female standing around 5'3" tall, around 190 pounds, with brown eyes and black, braided hair. Saniya was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black jogging pants and white shoes.
