Milwaukee police seek suspect wanted in homicide near Sherman and Ruby

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are asking for the public's help to find a suspect wanted in a homicide that happened on Oct. 9, near Sherman Boulevard and Ruby Avenue. 

Police said a 26-year-old Milwaukee man was driving a car when the suspect's vehicle pulled alongside the driver's side. As the victim navigated a turn, shots were fired into his vehicle, police say. The victim suffered a serious gunshot wound and his vehicle collided with a parked car before coming to a rest on the curb. 

The suspect is described by police as an African American male, 25-35-year-old, 5’08” - 5’10” tall and 160-170 pounds. He was last seen wearing light colored pants and dark hooded sweatshirt.
