Milwaukee Police said they would arrest people and tow cars of those violating the city curfew. A CBS 58 crew saw the last few cars being towed near Port Washington and Capitol around 4 a.m.
The protest seemed to be mostly peaceful including people walking and chanting together.
Another protest is planned for Tuesday in Milwaukee at 1 p.m.
