Milwaukee's Hoan Bridge officially lit in colorful ceremony

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- After months of planning and installation, the Hoan Bridge is finally lit.

A lighting ceremony was held Thursday night, Oct. 22, for the Light the Hoan project.

Millions of dollars were raised to get the lights up on the west side of the bridge.

Fundraising is still underway for the east side. 

Organizers say the lights can be synchronized to music, and even specific events, like Brewers and Bucks games.
