Mother Nature shows her "wetter" side for a busy travel week

Milwaukee (CBS 58)--It's looking more and more like rain at times this coming week, especially later Tuesday and lasting through Wednesday morning.  The wind machine will be picking up as well with gusts from the southwest at 40 to 45 mph. But keep in mind, if you have plans to travel to the northern part of the Badger State or Minnesota for Thanksgiving, snow will be an issue during this time.  It looks to be a sharp dividing line between the rain and snow.

Meantime, there looks to be a similar wet system for the end of the week as people head to the mall for Black Friday.  But colder air works in for the second part of the upcoming weekend.  And that means more snow than rain for Sunday.  Obviously, this could make getting home from the holiday a bigger concern.  Look for cold weather to really set up in time for early December.

Keep it tuned to CBS 58 on air and online for the latest weather developments.  We always get you ready.
