First responders were called to the scene near S. 116th and W. Layton Avenue around 4:16 p.m.

Police say the driver of the SUV, a 62-year-old Greenfield woman, was making a left turn from Layton Avenue onto S. 116th to travel southbound as the motorcyclist, a 23-year-old New Berlin man, was traveling eastbound on Layton.

Officials say speed appears to be a contributing factor.
