MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- After a month of collecting donations, the Milwaukee Women's Center is getting some big help. It's part of Two Men and a Truck's Movers for Moms campaign.
The moving company collected all kinds of essentials, like diapers, wipes, non-perishable food and hygiene items.
"It brings a lot of hope, right?" said Heather Lund, director of business development and marketing, Two Men and a Truck. "So, it brings hope to us that, you know, we see the community coming together, and it brings hope to the people that are in the center that need that extra help."
The Milwaukee Women's Center says they're thrilled about the donations as it allows them to put money they would have spent on essential items toward programs for kids, clothing, and more.
