MPD MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police is looking for missing person Carlos Santana.
He was last seen in the 600 block of West National Ave. around 4:10 p.m. on Sunday, April 19.
He is a Black man, standing round five feet eight inches tall.
Santana has short black hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a tan hooded sweatshirt with cut off sleeves and black ripped jeans.
