Neighbors report hearing explosion before house fire in Union Grove

UNION GROVE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Officials responded to a house fire in Union Grove on Monday, May 15.
It happened around 11 a.m. on Crabtree Lane.
According to the Racine County Sheriff's Office, the homeowner and several neighbors reported hearing an explosion before seeing smoke and flames.
Multiple fire departments responded to the scene and the fire was put under control.
A preliminary investigation indicates the fire most likely tarted in an attached garage.
The Racine County Fire Investigation Task Force will be further investigating the fire.
