New London gearing up to change to New Dublin for the week

NEW LONDON, Wis. (WFRV) -- Northeast Wisconsin's largest St. Patrick's Day event is kicking off Monday, and will go on all week, as the city of New London will christen itself "New Dublin" for a week full of festivities.

The week of festivities will include Irish caroling, Irish Entertainment Night, an Irish Ceili, and several establishments serving up a traditional Irish favorite, Corned Beef and Cabbage.

The week will culminate in a St. Patrick's Day Parade and Irish Fest on Saturday.
