NEXT:

We are waking up Wednesday morning to another round of wintry mix. Some light snow showers are falling and there are reports of some drizzle as well which would cause icy patches with air temps in the 20s. Most of the morning snow and drizzle should end by mid-morning.

Here is a radar image that will update with time:

The rest of Wednesday looks pretty dry but staying mostly cloudy with another round of precipitation quickly moving in. That next round starts late Wednesday evening, after 10 PM, and lasts through the overnight hours. Overall, the precipitation has trended more towards rain with little to no snow accumulation. Some wintry mix of sleet and freezing rain could mix in at times.

Rain totals for Wednesday night into Thursday morning aren't expected to be heavy with only around a tenth of an inch of rain for most with anyone that seeing any steady rain getting closer to 0.20".

Slick spots will once again be an issue for Thursday morning with lows hovering around the freezing mark and pavement temperatures likely a little colder. Download the CBS 58 Weather app to track the next round of mix and rain.
