Orlando-bound flight lands in Milwaukee after smoky odor detected

DaveAlan/iStock MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A Minneapolis flight to Orlando made an emergency landing at Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport after a smoky odor was detected Sunday night, April 26.
The flight was Delta Flight 2309 carrying 128 customers, two pilots and four flight attendants.
The flight landed successfully, yet uneventful, was taxied to the gate and was met by a fire truck.
The cause of the odor is being investigated.
