Another chance for patchy frost as 2024 stays mild
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58)--Fairgoers couldn't ask for better fair weather, really. Not too hot at all. In fact, highs will stay in the 70s all weekend. It'll be milder on Sunday with a bit more sunshine. And obviously, humidity will be in check as well. I don't see weather conditions really changing a lot until later in the week. Some computer models are hinting at scattered showers entering the picture by late in the week or perhaps next weekend. Look for lots of highs in the 70s to low 80s this coming week.
Couple of other items to pass along. A Small Craft Advisory remains in place through Saturday afternoon. Expect gusty northwesterly winds more than 20 knots at times. Also, the sunset we experience on Saturday will be the last 8 p.m. sunset until May 7th, some 270 days!!! And finally get ready to experience the Perseid meteor showers through at least Monday night. It should be quite a showing if you can get away from city lights.
