Pleasant Prairie crash leaves adult, 2 juveniles injured
CBS 58 PLEASANT PRAIRIE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Police say an adult and two juveniles were injured in a crash in Pleasant Prairie Monday afternoon. First responders were called to the scene in the 12100 block of 39th around 12:43 p.m. for a reported head-on crash.
Officials say an initial investigation indicates a northbound vehicle crossed the center line, colliding with a southbound vehicle head-on.
The driver of the northbound vehicle is cooperating with law enforcement and was taken to an area hospital as a precaution.
Police say the adult driver of the southbound vehicle was taken to a hospital with suspected minor injuries. Two juvenile passengers were flown by medical helicopters to Children's Wisconsin for evaluation, however police say none of the injuries appear to be life-threatening.
