Police: 76-year-old Milwaukee man fatally shot after argument

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 76-year-old Milwaukee man was fatally shot near 66th and Hampton Monday, Sept. 20.
Police say the shooting happened around 4:40 p.m. as the result of an argument.
The suspect, a 59-year-old Milwaukee man, was arrested.
Criminal charges will be referred to the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office in the upcoming days.
