MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The victim of the Sunday morning shooting has been identified as a 33-year-old who was pronounced dead at the scene following a gunshot injury, according to officials.

A different 33-year-old was taken into custody, and police believe that a verbal argument preceded the shooting.

Charges are pending review, and the shooting is currently under investigation.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are working on a death investigation in the city's south side. 

The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office were called out to a home near 10th and Cleveland around 11 a.m.

Police logs indicate the incident was a shooting, but no other details have been released.
