MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Potawatomi Casino Hotel has some unique seasonal additions to its pastry selections, and to take a look at them, Chef Alana, executive sous pastry chef, joined us on Wednesday, Nov. 27.
She discussed pastries available at Canal Street Café, Dream Dance Steakhouse and Cream City Coffee Company.
Thanksgiving pastries include spicy apple mini pies, pecan bourbon mini pies and pineapple hand pies, available on Thanksgiving Day at Canal Street Café and Dream Dance Steakhouse. Dream Dance’s Thanksgiving buffet will also feature Limoncello lemon, coconut lime and Rhapsody raspberry Jell-O.
Holiday pastries, available now through January, include snickerdoodle cookie bars, brownie peppermint cake pops, sugarplum danishes and bear claw danishes, sold at Cream City Coffee Company.
