RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) – An upcoming fundraiser will help the homeless in Racine.
The event is called Raising Hopes with Talent. It’s a fundraiser that benefits the HOPES in Racine, a group that helps the homeless. The event will showcase local talent, have a raffle and food.
