GREEN BAY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A rare piece of Green Bay Packers history is up for auction: a 1935 stock certificate signed by George Whitney Calhoun.
It’s the first time a certificate from that year has ever surfaced for public sale, and bidding through Heritage Auctions has already topped $18,000.
Wisconsin native and Director of Sports Auctions Tony Giese joined us in-studio to talk about the auction and the history behind the stock certificate.
