Remaining mild with rain on the way this weekend

Temps as of 11am have already warmed up to where yesterday's highs were and are well on their way into the low 50s.

Highs climb into the 50s today and make a run at 50° again on Friday with a few more clouds mixing with the sun. Temps will remain a solid ten degrees above normal through the weekend.

Temps briefly dip closer to normal on Monday before the warm back into the 40s for a majority of next week. The temperature trend heading into Christmas still shows a very good chance at above normal temps.

While there isn't much precipitation in the forecast, we'll likely have a round of rain Saturday afternoon and evening.

Between .15-.30" of rain is expected.
