Residents of an Assisted Living Facility Involved in a Fatal Stabbing

KENOSHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A fatal stabbing occurred on Tuesday night at an assisted living facility between residents in Kenosha, according to the Kenosha Police Department.

Marcel Kudzin, a 65-year-old man, allegedly fatally stabbed at St. James Manor a 56-year-old man in the torso. He, also, stabbed several times a 47-year-old woman. The woman was treated and released.

Preliminary investigation by Kenosha Police Department revealed the stabbing occurred when Kudzin and the woman were involved in a physical altercation.

The male victim attempted to intervene. Kudzin was being held on a charged of First Degree Intentional Homicide charges.
