WISCONSIN (CBS 58) -- Former Wisconsin Congressman Sean Duffy and his family have welcomed their newest baby.
The family shared photos on social media. Valentina Stella-Maris Duffy was born last week, about a month premature.
Sean Duffy gave up his seat in Congress to be with his family. He said there was concern that the unborn baby had a heart condition. Now the family says Valentina was born with a heart defect that will require surgery in a few months. She also has Downs Syndrome.
Mom, Rachel Campos-Duffy says she's home now, and describes the family's ninth child as "the sweetest, most perfect angel we have ever seen."
