WAUWATOSA (CBS 58)--Either my timing is perfect or way off.  I picked one of the coldest mornings to experience a new sensation at Hart Park in Wauwatosa. Through April, you too can have the chance of doing some sauna bathing. "Heat Haven" is making all of this possible. On site, you'll find three handcrafted, wood-fired, cedar-barrel saunas. Outside of the saunas are fire pits and rinse stations for guests to cool down between sauna sessions.  A typical session consists of a 75-minute journey of heat, cool, and repeat, usually three rounds of sauna time, each lasting 10-15 minutes followed by fresh air by the fire or a splash at the cooling station.
