COLUMBIA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Wayne Murphy appeared in Columbia County Court Thursday morning.
A preliminary hearing was rescheduled for July 12.

COLUMBIA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A man accused of crashing a semi-truck into a Milwaukee school bus is facing ten charges.
Investigators say Wayne Murphy was over-medicated before the crash that injured 20 people on May 23.
Students and chaperones from Hope Semper Christian School in Milwaukee were on a field trip when their bus had mechanical issues.
They were pulled over on the side of a road in Columbia County when the bus was hit by a semi.
Investigators say they searched Murphy's truck and found a prescription for Xanax. Based on the pill count, they believe he was taking double the recommended dose.
Murphy is being held on a $35,000 bond. He is expected at a preliminary hearing on Thursday morning.
