Sen. Tammy Baldwin casts ballot in Madison during statewide bus tour
MADISON, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Democratic Senator Tammy Baldwin is on the campaign trail, kicking off her statewide "FORWARD" bus tour.
Joined by Governor Tony Evers, Baldwin started the first day of the tour in Madison, where she cast her ballot on Saturday morning.
Baldwin put in her vote at the Urban League of Greater Madison.
Before voting, the Senator held a rally at the Madison Labor Temple, encouraging everyone to get out and vote.
"You know I really know, that in the last days of a campaign, it's about reaching out to our family, our friends, our neighbors and making sure that they have a plan to vote." Baldwin says.
Baldwin is vying to keep her Senate seat as she runs against Republican opponent, Eric Hovde.
Early voting kicked off on Oct. 22nd: Early voting begins in Milwaukee.
Election Day is Tuesday, November 5th.
