Shoppers hit the stores for last-minute Christmas Eve gifts
SOUTHEASTERN WISCONSIN (CBS 58) -- Storms and severe weather caused damage across southeastern Wisconsin Tuesday night.
Many people across the area are waking up to flooding. In Ozaukee County, portions of County Road D at Belgium near Port Washington were closed due to flooding.

In Waukesha and Jefferson counties, the National Weather Service will survey damage in rural areas. The Town of Ottawa was one of the hardest hit areas where a possible tornado came through.
CBS 58 spoke with a homeowner of more than 25 years who had several downed trees near his home. He said this is the worst damage he's ever seen.
"It's a mess," he said. "Over the next couple of days you'll be hearing a lot of chainsaws."
The NWS will also survey damage in the Fort Atkinson area.
