Signs of fall are here: leaves changing color and earlier sunsets
Today felt like such a relief, as on the backend of our rainy system from yesterday, a cold front dropped through which not only helped cool temps back into the 70s but also gave us a much-needed break from the humidity! This break won't last for long, though, as by the time we get to even as early as Tuesday, the heat and humidity will build right back in. This will also help fuel our next chance for rounds of storms to develop.
Quiet conditions returned today, but skies might have looked more gray than blue, as Canadian wildfire smoke has moved right back in for us. The thicker smoke will hold for the remainder of the weekend, and as of now, hazy skies look to slowly exit throughout the day tomorrow.
Otherwise expect lots of sunshine for the remainder of this Sunday evening, and a mix of sun and clouds tomorrow.
Partly sunny skies continue into Tuesday with a chance for thunderstorms, before more thunderstorms build into the north by Wednesday.
