MILWAUKEE (CBS 58)--If you like temps in the 40s along with rain/snow mix (and maybe some soft hail from time to time), this is the perfect forecast for you. I don't see much of a change until the middle of the week. You can thank low pressure at the surface and upper levels of the atmosphere for keeping things rather unsettled. We get high pressure for the middle of the week before another area of low pressure affects us again for next weekend. Perhaps a milder trend into next week.
