Children get up to date on school vaccines at the Northwest Health Center

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee kids are getting up to date on their school vaccines on Friday, Oct. 11 and Saturday, Oct. 12. 

The shots were being offered at the Northwest Health Center on 76th and Mill Road today. 

Vaccines like MMR and DPT are required for school and vaccination rates have declined in recent years. 

This particular clinic is open until 6 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 6. There is another one tomorrow at the Southside Health Center at 23rd and Lapham. It runs from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.
