MILWAUKEE (CBS 58)--The greatest potential for fire danger will be on Sunday with gusty winds from the south about 30 mph in areas. Highs will be in the 60s but near 70 toward Lake Country. I would hold off burning today or perhaps check with your local ordinances if there's any doubt. Winds should die down late tonight, and precipitation chances will increase later in the day on Monday into Monday night as a cold front moves across the area. Behind the front, you'll see a cool down with highs only in the 40s. But this is still above average. Keep in mind a normal high this time of year is now 40 degrees! There's also another chance for rain coming on Friday and Saturday.
