Teen accused of killing ex-girlfriend will stand trial in Kenosha County

KENOSHA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The teenager charged with gunning down his ex-girlfriend will be put on trial in Kenosha County.
Police say Martice Fuller ambushed Kaylie Juga and her mom inside their home last May.
Kaylie died, and her mother was hurt.
Fuller's attorneys wanted to move the trial out of the county because of the publicity surrounding the case.
A judge denied that motion on Wednesday.
Fuller's trial is scheduled for Feb. 17.
