WEST ALLIS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Smiles abounded in West Allis on Tuesday, Aug. 16 as students from Richmond Middle School in Sussex unveiled their painted mural in a hallway at VMP Healthcare.
"I guess it's important to us because it's our residents' home and putting this on the walls really brightens it up when you're down here," said Adeline Daniel.
"Really glad they get to come past and see it and glad it makes them hopefully happier when they walk through," said Maddie Seeger.
The girls say it took them eight weeks to paint this mural. They'd work two days a week, six hours a day. They also say the time goes quickly when you're doing a fun project.
