It's been another mild day across southeast Wisconsin, and it's been more enjoyable thanks to a much lighter wind.
Highs reached the 40s to low 50s again today, and that's where temps stay for most of tonight as a warm front lifts through the area. Areas of drizzle are expected to develop overnight, but this will come to an end before sunrise Monday morning.
Temps will still be mild on Monday as skies become mostly sunny, and a WSW wind warms temps back to around 50°. The first of two cold fronts arrives Monday night, dropping highs into the low 30s on Tuesday. Another cold front will bring isolated snow showers to the area Wednesday and drop highs into the teens by Thursday.
Wind gusts the next few days will be between 20-25 mph, but wind gusts will increase to around 30 mph Wednesday night into Thursday morning behind the second cold front.
This will drop temps into the single digits Thursday morning with wind chills between -15° and -20°.
Temps do moderate back into the low 40s by next weekend. Download the CBS 58 Ready Weather App to see the full 7 day forecast.
