The Cooperage to host first annual book fair Sept. 18

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- School book fairs may spark major nostalgia for some of us. 

Remember the shelves filled with books, colorful notebooks, pens and other fun items? 

A local venue is trying to capture that special feeling by hosting a book fair for adults.

The First Annual Awkward Nerd Book Fair will be held at The Cooperage, at 822 S. Water Street in Milwaukee. 

There will be local booksellers, game sellers, 90s nostalgia, art, cocktails, a craft area and a visit from a big red dog.

The grown-up book fair will take place Sept. 18 from 11 a.m.- 6 p.m.
