UW-Milwaukee holds Women Leaders Conference at Pfister Hotel

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- March is Women's History Month. 

To kick off observance, UW-Milwaukee held a Women Leaders Conference at the Pfister Hotel. 

More than 450 local and national female leaders were brought together for the event.

"I find it very important to stay connected with the broader community. UW-Milwaukee has been a great partner to Lifecamp, which is my company that I helped found," said Rosario Ledesma, speaker at the conference. 

Ledesma spoke about the importance of improving mental health.
